Gift & Giveback - National Coalition of 100 Black Women
Racism and social injustice are on our hearts and minds - as such, Something Splendid is committed to truly reflecting and learning during this time. We're also committed to being a part of change.
During the month of June, a portion of proceeds from all sales will be donated to the National Coalition of 100 Black Women - Indianapolis, whose mission is to bring together women to establish a leadership forum that promotes and makes professional development, personal growth and economic well-being possible.
The Indianapolis Chapter includes a broad cross-section of women who represent a variety of professional and entrepreneurial endeavors; older women and younger women; women who have lived here all their lives and women who are relatively new to Indianapolis. The Coalition consists of women who are serious about themselves and what women can contribute to this country - a sentiment Something Splendid has always stood behind.
Beyond that, we will be looking for ways to better support and highlight minority-owned and operated businesses throughout Indy and beyond. We are actively seeking out splendid products you can give to those you love and cherish. More to come on that!
Now more than ever, we all need to be part of the solution. Shine a light in the darkness. Be the light. Again, a portion of proceeds from ALL boxes in June will be shared with the National Coalition of 100 Black Women - Indianapolis.
