Wine Bar Rental Only! 2 HOUR RENTAL | With 1 Hour Prep Before Event

Space includes 2 bar tops, 7 tables, room up to 35 guests all inside

  • Monday-Saturday Events Prior to 3pm: $550 Room Rental Fee + $550 Food & Beverage Minimum
  • Monday-Saturday Events After 3PM: $700 Room Rental Fee + $700 Food & Beverage Minimum
  • Sunday Events Prior to 3pm: $600 Room Rental Fee + $600 Food & Beverage Minimum

Wine Bar Rental + Covered Porch with Wine Garden Rental- 2 HOUR RENTAL | With 1 Hour Prep Before Event

Space includes inside Wine Bar as above plus covered porch with 8 tables, heaters, fans, and screens, 2 fire pits, TVs, and stage with room up to 110 guests

  • Monday-Saturday Events Prior to 3pm: $820 Room Rental Fee + $550 Food & Beverage Minimum
  • Monday-Saturday Events After 3PM: $970 Room Rental Fee + $700 Food & Beverage Minimum
  • Sunday Events Prior to 3pm: $870 Room Rental Fee + $600 Food & Beverage Minimum

  • Additional $200 per hour if available

*All food and beverage purchases go towards your minimum spend, does not include gift shop orders or carryout

*Payment is taken after the event in full

*Service fee and tax Is added on to your final tab

*Events have 30 minutes for take down of decorations post event. If event runs over, an additional fee will be charged

*Space includes indoor wine bar, dishes, silverware, and drinkware along with designated server(s), a bar top to put food, decorations, etc. on, and a gift table

Booking with us also includes a 15% discount on welcome gifts, along with a 10% discount in gift shop for all guests

FAQ

  • Does my rental time include set up and clean up? No! You get up to an hour prior to your reservation time to set up.
  • Can I bring outside decorations? Yes, we encourage to do so! We want our space to help elevate any events you envision. From balloons to florals, you can decorate as needed.
  • Can I bring outside food? Yes, you can bring any outside food to our space but we also have a custom menu we can assist you all with. Here is our brunch menu as reference.
  • Can I bring outside beverages? No, a part of Indiana's liquor laws, all beverages must be sold and provided by Something Splendid. We have over 80 makes of wine, champagne, beers, seltzers, coffee and juice available for purchase.
  • What types of items do you have that we can use? We have utensils (appetizer plates, dinner plates, silverware, coffee cups, glassware, wine buckets, etc.), flower vases, gift table with linen, water carafe, and more! Let us know if you have any questions about this!
