How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We take 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Fedex Express, USPS, and Fedex Saver and it typically takes 2-3 days to deliver once shipped. If express shipping is selected, it will be shipped same day (Monday-Friday up until 3PM EST) with 2 day transit time. 
Due to COVID, longer shipping times may occur and are out of our control. We recommend allowing extra time for your gift to deliver on time.


How do you ship your products?
We ship our products through Fedex or USPS Priority mail.

What days do you ship your packages?

We fulfill and ship orders Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 3PM EST Friday will be shipped next 1-2 business days.

Our warehouse does not ship on the following holidays: MLK Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day.

    Can I build my own box with the items I want in it?
    Yes! We are all about unique gifting and want our customers to build their own box. You can start this process at the tab “Build Your Own” and go from there! Minimum of 3 items per box.

    Can I use a discount code more than once?

    We rarely run site wide sales but when we do we are sure to let you know! Coupon codes cannot be stacked on top of each other (meaning you can only use one discount at a time) and coupon codes are only valid for a one time use. Make sure to sign up for our splendid rewards to save on future orders! 

    My box is a gift, do you include packing slips?
    We’re pros at gift giving and would never want to spoil anything! We do not include packing slips or receipts.

    I want to ship to multiple shipping address under 1 transaction, can I do that? Yes! To make your shopping experience easy we have a 'multiple ship' feature in the cart. When you add your gift boxes to your cart, you can scroll down and click the 'multiple ship' button. From there, add each recipients shipping information and we ship to each individual! Please note, shipping is calculated per shipping destination. If your gift box total is under $100, each gift box will be charged shipping. 

      Where can you ship?
      We can ship anywhere in the United States including Guam and Puerto Rico for free if your gift box total is over $90! If you would like to ship internationally, please email us and we will send you the rates. 

      What is your return policy?
      We do no accept returns, however, if you have any issues, please email us at info@somethingsplendidco.com.

        My box says it was delivered, but the recipient says they never received it?
        We highly encourage your recipient to take a good look around their porch, mailbox, front office and check with neighbors. If it still cannot be located, please email info@somethingsplendico.com.
          My box was never delivered.
          We would hate for this to ever happen! If there was an issue on our end, we will assist you to make this right. If the package has an issue with shipping (stuck in transit, incorrect shipping address, etc.) then the issue falls on the shipping service. We will contact our shipping representative and we highly recommend you contacting them as well to expedite solutions. We will work with you if you would prefer a refund or replacement in the meantime.
            Do you offer a pick-up location for Indy locals?
            Yes! We offer local pick ups from 10-3PM EST Monday-Friday. When you are at checkout, there is an option where you can select 'local pick up'. From there, you will be notified via email when your gift box is ready for pick up with the address. 
              What is the size of the boxes?
              Our boxes are 10 9/16 x 8 1/16 x 3 13/16


                Can I personalize an item?
                Yes! This is something else we offer. We can customize our candles with the text you would want. It is an additional $5 to add custom text. Please message us with what you would like to add with your candle.

                Can I book a private event with you all?

                Yes, you can! Please inquire about our private event services via email. Your event is not secure unless you pay our deposit ($50, nonrefundable).
