PRICING DETAILS

✦ All food and beverage purchases apply toward your F&B minimum. Gift shop orders and carryout do not apply.

✦ Payment is collected in full after the event. Service fee and tax are added to your final tab.

✦ Guests have 30 minutes after the event for decoration teardown. Additional time fees apply if exceeded.

✦ All events include access to our full wine menu by the glass and by the bottle.

✦ Sunday evening availability varies — please reach out directly and we’ll do our best to make it work.

✦ Please note that restroom facilities remain accessible to the public during all partial venue rentals — full restroom privacy is available with a Full Venue Buyout.

To reserve a date, please contact us by email or phone to confirm availability and event timing (feel free to check the schedule below to see if your time and date are currently available). Once we've confirmed your details, we'll send you a link to submit your $50 deposit invoice, which secures your reservation.

No. A 7% sales tax and an applicable service charge are added to all private events. Service charge may vary slightly depending on guest count. Any additional gratuity is completely optional.

Your room fee and event balance are due at the close of your event.

Your reservation includes up to 1 hour prior to your event for setup, and 30 minutes after your event for cleanup unless arranged in advance.

Yes, outside food is welcome. Please keep in mind that the food and beverage minimum still applies, even if you choose to bring in your own food. We also offer a catering menu for private events if you'd prefer to order through us.

Yes. Alongside our in-house menu which is available, we also offer a private event catering menu with a variety of options for guests. Please feel free to reach out for the full menu.

Yes. If you choose to bring your own food or not order catering through us, your minimum can still be met entirely through drink purchases.

No. In accordance with Indiana state law, all beverages must be sold and provided by Something Splendid. We offer a wide variety of wine, bubbles, beer, seltzers, coffee, juice, and other beverage options for purchase.

Yes! We welcome outside decorations and want you to make the space feel special for your event. Balloons, florals, signage, and other decor are welcome. Please reach out with any questions about specific items or setup needs.

We have a selection of event essentials available, including appetizer plates, dining plates, silverware, coffee cups, glassware, wine buckets, and more.
