Gift boxes
Curated and Build-A-Box gift boxes are final sale and can't be returned.

Shop items
Individual items from The Shop can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition and packaging.

Fees
A $9.95 restocking and return shipping fee is deducted from your refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@somethingsplendidco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Out-of-stock items
If an item sells out before we can ship it, we cancel that item and refund it in full to your original payment method.
