Shipping policy

Processing time We process orders within 1–3 business days. We fulfill and ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM ET on Friday ship within the next 1–2 business days.

Carriers and delivery time We ship with UPS and USPS. Most orders arrive 2–3 business days after they ship.

Express shipping Express orders placed by 12 PM ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same day with 2-day transit.

Free shipping Orders of $75 or more ship free within the United States.

Where we ship We ship anywhere in the United States, including Puerto Rico and Guam. For international shipping, email us at info@somethingsplendidco.com and we'll send you a rate.

Shipping to multiple addresses Sending gift boxes to several people? Use the multiple-address option in your cart. Shipping is calculated for each address.

Local pickup Local to Westfield? Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready at 217 Mill Street, Westfield, IN 46074. Pickup hours: Monday-Tuesday: 10:30AM - 5:30PM | Wednesday-Saturday: 10:30AM - 9PM

Holiday closures We don't ship on MLK Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Gift orders We never include packing slips or prices in your package.

Lost or missing packages If tracking shows delivered but the package can't be found, check around the porch, mailbox, front office, and with neighbors. Still missing? Email info@somethingsplendidco.com and we'll help. If a package is stuck in transit or misdelivered, we'll open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund.
